We charge one simple 6.5% fee of your gross revenue which includes access to our Central Reservations System (CRS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and Online Travel Agent (OTA) reservations, personal revenue management and property-level brand design.
Magnuson does not impose PIPS (property improvement plans), but we can offer CapEX funding of up to $1500 per room for brand conversions who qualify. Magnuson will provide capital investment for improvements to bring the properties up to market standards, enhance guest experience and drive revenue growth.edge.
