Terms & Conditions:
– To be eligible, hotels must have signed the brand service agreements by December 31 2016.
– Sign credit not to exceed the setup fee, based on term of agreement.
– Signage must be brand compliant, subject to approval by Magnuson Hotels brand department.
– Conversion must be from Best Western, Choice, Wyndham or IHG.
– If the property terminates the agreement before the end of the term, they will be responsible for all fees.
