Magnuson Hotels, the world’s largest independent hotel group, today announced a 20.07% revenue increase in 2016 over 2015, from the group’s top 10% tier independent hotels.
The group also reports a 22.5% increase in ADR (Average Daily Rate) for reservations generated in 2016, versus 2015 for the same portfolio.
Driving this performance increase was increased employment and resultant consumer spending, low interest rates, and increased consumer brand awareness of Magnuson Hotels.
