Magnuson Hotels has announced the opening of Studios & Suites 4 Less Charlotte, the latest addition to the Magnuson Independent Collection portfolio.
Studios & Suites 4 Less Charlotte is located near Charlotte Douglas International Airport and provides easy access to The Billy Graham Library, the NASCAR Hall of Fame, and the Levine Museum of the New South. Additionally, being at the interchange of I-85 and Billy Graham Parkway, the hotel is well positioned for business travellers and features free high-speed Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs and free parking.
The hotel is the sixth hotel added to the Magnuson Hotels Independent Collection by owner Ray Patel of Charlotte. “When Ray Patel called us in 2005, he wanted to build his own brand called Studios & Suites 4 Less, and that is exactly what Ray did,” states company CEO Thomas Magnuson. Magnuson Hotels provides the technology, distribution, and marketing, while Ray’s team manages the Studios & Suites 4 Less brand and operations.

The hotel looks to draw a 52-week non-seasonal business base from the regional banking, finance, software and biotech sectors. Charlotte is also home to the Research Triangle Park (RTP), a globally prominent research centre home to over 170 companies and federal agencies, and the largest and oldest continuously operating research and science park in the United States.
The Magnuson Hotels Independent Collection has now seen an average growth of 29.8% per year over the past 5 years, compared to the USA STR average of 1.7%.
