Magnuson Hotels announces the Regency Inn Hondo as the latest addition to Magnuson Hotels Independent Collection portfolio. This complements the group’s strategic growth plans to onboard distinctive hotels offering exceptional value in key cities across the country.
Regency Inn Hondo is located along Highway 90 and only 3.8 miles from South Texas Regional Airport. Tourist attractions within a 3-mile radius include Medina County Museum and South Texas Maize. The hotel caters to business and leisure travelers alike with comfortable in-room amenities, free Wi-Fi, on-location parking and an outdoor pool. The hotel also offers convenient kitchenette rooms for extended stays, designed for out of town visitors such as those attending Southwest Texas Junior College or South Texas Regional Training Center as well as seasonal guests attending Cowboy Country Roundup or Wild Game Festival.

The Magnuson Hotels Independent Collection has now seen an average RevPAR growth of 29.8% per year over the past 5 years, compared to the USA STR average of 1.7%.
